Although there has been no word from the government on the subject of his address, it is being speculated that the PM may finally speak to the nation on the government's momentous decision to scrap Article 370.

According to a report in PTI, PM Modi is expected to explain the government's decisions on abrogating special status to Jammu and Kashmir and splitting the state into two union territories.
